PadelPack («Приложение», «Сервис») помогает вести любительские лиги по паделу: собирать составы, записывать счёт, считать рейтинг лиги, показывать афиши и табло. Начиная пользоваться Сервисом, вы принимаете эти условия. Если вы с ними не согласны — не пользуйтесь Сервисом.
Сервис ведёт учёт игр и турниров внутри лиг, которые создают сами пользователи. Мы не бронируем корты, не продаём места и не принимаем оплату за участие: договорённости о площадке и деньгах остаются между организатором лиги и её участниками. Сумма взноса на афише — информация от организатора, а не наш платёжный сервис.
Для части возможностей нужен вход — по электронной почте, телефону или через сторонние сервисы. Вы отвечаете за достоверность указанных данных и за действия, совершённые под вашей учётной записью. Аккаунт можно удалить в любой момент: «Профиль» → «Удалить аккаунт» либо письмом на адрес ниже (см. удаление аккаунта).
Нельзя: выдавать себя за другого человека, загружать чужие фотографии без разрешения, размещать оскорбительные, незаконные или вводящие в заблуждение материалы, мешать работе Сервиса, пытаться получить доступ к чужим данным. Мы можем ограничить доступ или удалить содержимое, нарушающее эти правила.
Названия лиг, имена игроков, фотографии, афиши и результаты остаются вашими. Размещая их в Сервисе, вы разрешаете нам хранить и показывать их так, как это нужно для работы Сервиса: участникам лиги, зрителям публичной страницы лиги или турнира, на табло. Публичность конкретной лиги и турнира выбирает организатор.
Падел — физическая активность. Сервис не оценивает вашу готовность играть, не отвечает за травмы, за состояние площадки и за поведение других участников. Организатор лиги — не наш сотрудник: он самостоятельно проводит свои события.
Мы стараемся, чтобы Сервис работал без перерывов, но не гарантируем этого: возможны технические работы, сбои связи и ограничения со стороны сторонних сервисов. Мы можем менять возможности Приложения, а также прекращать поддержку отдельных из них.
Основные возможности бесплатны. Если появятся платные — их состав, стоимость и порядок оплаты будут описаны отдельно до покупки.
Как мы обрабатываем персональные данные, описано в политике конфиденциальности. Она является неотъемлемой частью этих условий.
Мы можем обновлять эти условия. Актуальная редакция всегда доступна по этому адресу; дата обновления указана вверху страницы. Продолжая пользоваться Сервисом после изменений, вы принимаете новую редакцию.

PadelPack (the “App”, the “Service”) helps amateur padel leagues run: build line-ups, record scores, keep a league rating, and show posters and scoreboards. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
The Service keeps track of games and tournaments inside leagues created by users themselves. We do not book courts, do not sell spots and do not take payments for participation: arrangements about the venue and money stay between the league organiser and its players. A fee shown on a poster is information from the organiser, not our payment service.
Some features require signing in — by email, phone or through third-party providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete account, or by emailing the address below (see account deletion).
You may not impersonate other people, upload someone else’s photos without permission, post offensive, unlawful or misleading material, disrupt the Service, or attempt to access other people’s data. We may restrict access to, or remove, content that breaks these rules.
League names, player names, photos, posters and results remain yours. By posting them in the Service you allow us to store and display them as needed for the Service to work: to league members, to viewers of a public league or tournament page, and on scoreboards. The organiser decides whether a given league or tournament is public.
Padel is a physical activity. The Service does not assess your fitness to play and is not responsible for injuries, the condition of the venue, or the behaviour of other participants. A league organiser is not our employee: they run their own events independently.
We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, network failures and limitations of third-party services are possible. We may change the App’s features or discontinue some of them.
Core features are free. If paid ones appear, their scope, price and payment terms will be described separately before purchase.
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this address, with the update date shown at the top. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new version.

PadelPack (la «App», el «Servicio») ayuda a gestionar ligas amateur de pádel: formar alineaciones, registrar resultados, llevar el ranking de la liga y mostrar carteles y marcadores. Al usar el Servicio aceptas estas condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellas, no uses el Servicio.
El Servicio registra partidas y torneos dentro de ligas creadas por los propios usuarios. No reservamos pistas, no vendemos plazas ni cobramos pagos por la participación: los acuerdos sobre la pista y el dinero quedan entre el organizador de la liga y sus jugadores. La cuota que aparece en un cartel es información del organizador, no un servicio de pago nuestro.
Algunas funciones requieren iniciar sesión: por correo, teléfono o mediante servicios de terceros. Eres responsable de la veracidad de los datos facilitados y de la actividad realizada con tu cuenta. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento: Perfil → Eliminar cuenta, o escribiendo a la dirección indicada abajo (ver eliminación de cuenta).
No está permitido: hacerse pasar por otra persona, subir fotos ajenas sin permiso, publicar material ofensivo, ilegal o engañoso, dificultar el funcionamiento del Servicio o intentar acceder a datos de terceros. Podemos limitar el acceso o retirar el contenido que incumpla estas normas.
Los nombres de ligas y jugadores, las fotos, los carteles y los resultados siguen siendo tuyos. Al publicarlos en el Servicio nos permites almacenarlos y mostrarlos según sea necesario para su funcionamiento: a los miembros de la liga, a quienes vean la página pública de una liga o torneo y en los marcadores. El organizador decide si una liga o un torneo es público.
El pádel es una actividad física. El Servicio no valora tu estado de forma y no se responsabiliza de lesiones, del estado de la instalación ni del comportamiento de otros participantes. El organizador de una liga no es empleado nuestro: organiza sus eventos de forma independiente.
Procuramos que el Servicio funcione sin interrupciones, pero no lo garantizamos: son posibles tareas de mantenimiento, fallos de red y limitaciones de servicios de terceros. Podemos modificar las funciones de la App o dejar de mantener algunas de ellas.
Las funciones principales son gratuitas. Si aparecen funciones de pago, su alcance, precio y forma de pago se describirán por separado antes de la compra.
El tratamiento de datos personales se describe en nuestra política de privacidad, que forma parte de estas condiciones.
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones. La versión vigente está siempre disponible en esta dirección, con la fecha de actualización arriba. Seguir usando el Servicio tras los cambios implica aceptar la nueva versión.
